About Shri Abhijit Haranahalli :

Abhijit enrolled with the Bar Counsel of Karnataka in 2007. Commenced practice with Ashok Haranahalli Associates (Mr.Ashok Haranahalli, Sr. Advocate), in 2007-08. Practiced in the High Court of Karnataka handling cases in relation to and representing local bodies like BBMP, BDA, etc. Joined Indus Law Associates in the year 2008 and continued till 2009 and worked under the guidance of Sri.Srinivas Raghavan and Sri.Sridhar to gain more experience in respect of Litigation at a Taluk and District level, worked in the Taluk and District Courts of Shivamoga under a well respected advocate by name Sri.Sripada. In Indus Law Associates and under Sri.Sripada,Sri.Abhijith Haranahalli gained considerable expertise with respect to civil practice on varied subjects and types of cases. In the year 2011 and he returned working at the High Court of Karnataka dealing in Subjects concerning Local Bodies, Education, Service and Real Estate along with criminal cases in relation to prevention of Corruption act and Negotiable Instruments Act upto 2014.

Currently a Partner at Haranahalli Law Partners, LLP, He has been working with the non-litigation wing of the firm ever since. He currently heads the property related non-litigation department of the firm, focusing on title verification, documentation, registration, contracts – drafting and whetting and the like. He is the retainer counsel for the Garuda Group. He is also part of the corporate law wing of firm, dealing with contracts, corporate transactions, incorporation and the like.

In his free time Abhijit likes playing basketball and enjoys swimming.
